SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

Happy Thursday everyone. We are on our second case of the day. Our patient is from up San Francisco Peninsula. There you go. Up north, I was gonna say. Yeah. And is here for an arm lift, outer chest tightening, breast reduction, internal dermal bra breast lift, an extended tummy tuck with some liposuction.

For the arms, obviously we're gonna do our usual total arm lift with armpit elevation and reconstruction.

For the breasts, we're gonna remove this chunk and this chunk from the outer breast and use an inferior pedicle. Inferior pedicle essentially is the breast tissue that carries the nipple areola with it, and we're gonna do a breast lift and use the internal dermal bra to reshape her breasts and obviously to create the beautiful fullness that you will see with this procedure that a lot of times looks like implants.

We'll also create profile. She wants to be significantly smaller, so we may actually lose some of that projection and profile because that's what she desires.

And then for her tummy, we're gonna do our high definition extended tummy tuck with a pubic lift. You ready? I'm ready.

10-WEEK FOLLOW-UP TRANSCRIPT:

So we're only 10 weeks out, and today I wasn't sure whether I had done breast augmentation with implants or an internal dermal bra breast lift. And I really truly had to ask her, because just look at those. They look magnificent. This is all her, right? Yes. No implants.

So essentially we use her own breast tissue, look how beautifully she's healing, to create and restore a natural-looking breast. She's got a nice cleavage and she's got amazing incisions to show for it.

And then we did a high-definition tummy tuck. She's still very swollen. It's only 10 weeks out, so this should get better and better in due course. Do you like them? It looks like you turned the clock back 30 years. Thank you.
