How old do you feel? How old do you feel in your body? Twenty. Really? Yes. Again, these surgeries are for everyone. They're not just for weight loss patients. I'm calling them mommy lifts because you can do so much with them.

Through that incision, you can completely reshape, remodel, restore, and change somebody's body and make them feel great in a bikini, which is really the goal of the surgery, or naked.

You can see how beautiful her three-dimensional sculpted abdomen looks. This is not liposuction. This is our high-definition tummy tuck. Keep on rotating, sweetheart. So you can see that the angle is a three-dimensional shaped tummy.

You like it? Love it. Love it, right? And this is, what can I say? She looks fabulous. Coming to her backside, you see how beautifully she's healed. These are her incisions for the lower body lift and buttock enhancement. You look banging.

Surgery Plan

SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

Happy Monday, everyone. Today we are doing a lower body lift. Our patient has lost 50 pounds, and tomorrow we are doing her sister, the same thing. So the plan of surgery would be to make an incision super low, pubic lift, tummy tuck, front thigh lift, outer thigh lift, and buttock enhancement, liposculpting, lipoaugmentation, which is fat transfer to the buttocks, and buttock lift and buttock enhancement.

Our lower incision for the butt will be here, our upper butt will be there. We'll be using this fat tissue in between to augment her buttocks. She doesn't really want significant or even modest augmentation. She wants to have maybe the same size butt, and that would be our goal.

We customize every one of these surgeries, so I follow what they tell me, meaning the patient's desire is what drives the goal of the surgery. In this case, she's already told me that she doesn't want to be having bigger buttocks, so my aim is to keep and maintain the size more or less the same.

The butt lift will flatten the butt, will make it smaller, so we'll just put enough back to make it more or less the same. And we'll be liposculpting her on the mid back and the lower back to create concavity of her waist.

And then on the front, as I mentioned, we'll be completing her surgery at the end of the day by performing a tummy tuck and the rest of the thigh lift and monsplasty. Let's get going.

Surgery Result - Back

TRANSCRIPT

So I'm now done with the back part of the lower body lift. We have completed the buttock lift and buttock enhancement. Our patient actually didn't desire much buttock enhancement. She wanted to have her buttocks not significantly enlarged, but mainly to keep the size she had as well as the fullness she had. So complying with her request, I didn't do a major augmentation of the buttocks. We could have. We had tissue, but ultimately it's not my body, it's hers, and I'm here to give her the body that she desires. So I did a modest augmentation of the buttocks. It actually looks really nice. I also liposuctioned her waist, so that's going to get smaller. We're going to pull that from the front, and I added 600 cc of fat into each buttock and also did a small lower back fat flap augmentation so that by the time everything resorbs and settles, it's going to give her more or less the same buttocks that she had, which is what she wanted. Now I'm going to turn her and complete the surgery on the front.

Surgery Result - Front

TRANSCRIPT

So we just finished our lower body lift in the front. As you can appreciate, and as you can see from this mole, if you go and look at the before, you'll appreciate how much skin has been removed to create this flat abdominal contour. In the process, we tightened her abdominal muscles twice and lifted her outer thighs, front of thighs, and then completed her lower body lift with liposculpting and shaping of her waist. About 400 cc of fat was removed from each waistline. And once her swelling diminishes and subsides, I expect her to have a well-contoured body. This is her first stage, and then we'll bring her back to complete her next stage in the future. There you go. All done.
