10-WEEK FOLLOW-UP TRANSCRIPT:

So we are 10 weeks out from her lower body lift redo, outer thigh lift redo. I'm saying redo, but I think some of the surgeries were not even done, meaning that she had a basic circumferential tummy tuck, which in our practice is not the same as our high-definition lower body lift.

Anyhow, we lifted the outer thighs, the thigh fronts, repositioned the buttocks again, and did a vertical thighplasty, which is a thigh reduction. It is quite a lot of surgery, given the fact that we also did buttock enhancement, liposuction, a redo buttock lift, removing five or six inches of additional skin.

It is a lot, but when you do a comprehensive correction, you get a comprehensive result. And sometimes if you try to do these in pieces, you'll never get exactly the same result.

So, a couple of questions for you. Was this surgery harder than the first surgery that you had had six months prior to this? Yes, definitely much harder. Much harder, right? And the recovery was harder, right? Yes. Yes. Yeah.

So it's harder because we have done a lot more. If I count the number of procedures that we put into a lower body lift, it's a lot more than your average lower body lift.

Here she had buttock lift, buttock augmentation with lower back fat pads, liposuction, fat transfer, lower back liposuction, saddlebag liposuction, outer thigh lift, front thigh lift, waist reduction, and in her case, vertical thighplasty and thigh liposuction.

So a lot more was put into it, so we get a lot more out of it. And what do you think? I love it. Big change? Big change.

And she's healed remarkably well. I followed all your instructions. I ate plenty of protein, did the vitamins, rested. Yeah. Yes. Thank you. Thank you.

SURGERY PLAN TRANSCRIPT:

Happy Monday, everyone. Today, we are on our second case, and we will be doing a lower body lift. This is our patient on the operating room table before we start the surgery. And as you can notice, she's got a ton of outer thigh and waist skin laxity. We have about eight inches of skin laxity when she's stretched.

These are her markings for her lower body lift in the front and back. We'll be doing a pubic lift, a tummy tuck, a front thigh lift, outer thigh lift, and the usual butt lift.

So we'll be rotating her next on the operating room table and actually start the surgery on the back and then come back and finish the front. But I wanted everyone to notice how much skin we'll be excising today.

Our patient is not a weight loss patient, but she does have a good amount of skin laxity, dimpling, cellulite, and outer thigh and buttock excess that has been bothering her.

This is where we'll actually be starting her butt lift surgery. The plan of surgery is, as you can appreciate, to remove the excess lower back and upper buttock skin, lift her buttocks, and augment her buttocks with lower back fat pads and liposuction fat.

So this is a combination of a Brazilian butt lift and buttock enhancement with her own fat pad from her lower back.

So this is a side profile of her buttocks, and then I'll show you the results after we've completed this part of the surgery.
