So today we are doing a thigh reduction also known as a vertical thighplasty some people also call it a vertical thigh lift and i actually do not like that terminology because there is no lift here this is essentially reducing the width of the thigh circumferentially by putting an incision that starts in the pubic area and runs all the way Down the thigh and perhaps into the inner knee. The incision is customized as per patient's desire and need and in this manner the thighs are reduced and made smaller. Again, there is no lift that comes with a thigh lift.

So there you go, the final product of our surgery today, thigh reduction on both sides, removing 11 centimeters of skin from each inner medial thigh.
