This patient, in her mid-30s, visited Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking fuller breasts with improved upper pole shape and balance. She desired more projection while still maintaining a natural, proportional appearance that aligned with her frame.
On examination, she had mild breast asymmetry in both volume and areola diameter. To create balanced fullness, Dr. Agha selected Mentor SMPX, smooth, round silicone implants sized specifically for each breast—440 cc on the smaller breast and 405 cc on the fuller breast—to achieve symmetry. The implants were placed under the pectoral muscle to maintain a soft, natural contour, minimize implant visibility, and allow the breast to move naturally with the body. Patient’s areolae were also reduced and she had a donut lift to reposition the areolae optimally over the implants.
Her 1-year postoperative results show enhanced projection, rounder upper breast shape, and improved symmetry, while preserving a gentle, natural slope from the collarbone to the breast. The final outcome appears proportional, cohesive, and balanced with her overall frame.
