This patient in her early 40s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers in Newport Beach seeking to restore her abdominal contour after experiencing skin laxity and loss of tone through weight changes. To achieve this, Dr. Agha performed his signature High-Definition Tummy Tuck™ (abdominoplasty), elevating and tightening the abdominal tissues while removing excess skin. The abdominal muscle wall was repaired to restore support and improve core contour. Her natural belly button was preserved and repositioned for a balanced look. To further refine her silhouette, liposuction of the waist and flanks was performed, including removal of approximately 200 cc in the waist region, helping create a gentle contour along the midsection.
