This patient in her early 40s came to Dr. Siamak Agha at The Aesthetic Centers seeking to restore a smoother, flatter abdominal contour. She was bothered by skin laxity and a rounded fullness through her midsection that no longer matched her natural shape.
To achieve her goals, Dr. Agha performed a High-Definition Tummy Tuck™ (abdominoplasty), tightening the abdominal wall to re-establish support and removing redundant skin to smooth the front of the abdomen. The belly button was preserved and reshaped to maintain a natural, centered appearance.
To further refine her silhouette, Dr. Agha performed liposuction to the waist and upper abdominal roll, removing approximately 150 cc from each waist and about 250 cc from the upper abdominal roll (≈ 550 cc in total) to create a gentle, tapered transition from abdomen to hip
Her result shows a flatter, smoother abdomen with a naturally contoured waist, enhancing balance and proportion without appearing over-corrected.
