This 42 year old female came to Dr. Agha expressing interest in a BBL, and abdominal liposuction. On examination, the patient was found to have abdominal skin laxity and abdominal muscle separation. Thus she was deemed not to be a great candidate for abdominal liposuction.
During the procedure, Dr. Agha performed an extended abdominoplasty, liposuction of her midback and waist as well as minor buttocks fat transfer. This combination of procedures addressed all of her concerns and desires.
